What you'll do

• Assist residents with hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety
• document care and complete admission information
• respond to call lights and resident needs
• complete rounds and reposition residents as directed
• take and report vital signs and weights
• follow physician or therapy orders for support devices
• measure intake and output
• perform assigned treatments
• maintain supplies
• report to the Charge Nurse and complete shift handoff rounds.
