What you'll do

• Assess graduates’ and former trainees’ placement readiness and provide appropriate referrals and support services in accordance with DOL, Center, and ResCare requirements.
• Support timely placement and retention in quality jobs, the military, or further education and training.
• Promote job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies.
