What you'll do

• Act as the main liaison for Tony C’s concession and Moody management
• maintain stand cleanliness and follow food regulations
• provide guest service and uphold food-quality standards
• perform beginning, ending, and waste counts
• post shifts and staff stands according to event size
• record Gigpro workers’ in-and-out times
• communicate event updates and needs to the home-store GM and Moody management
• oversee event production and follow applicable rules and guidelines.
