What you'll do

• Measure and document member progress in accordance with Individual Service Plans
• maintain confidential member information in compliance with regulations
• provide life-skills support
• implement tasks in Person Centered Service Plans
• engage members individually and in groups to promote choice, dignity, and self-advocacy
• support health and safety, including mobility, hygiene, and supervision
• complete required documentation
• administer medications as permitted and trained, following medical orders
• report incidents within required timeframes
• participate in required training.
