Direct Support Professional — Residential, Weekend Days

The Direct Support Professional — Residential role is onsite in Hamlin, NY, part-time at 20 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Starting pay is $21.55 per hour, with potential weekend and/or evening shift differentials. Lifetime Assistance’s Residential Services team supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in pursuing independence, dignity, and community inclusion. The role provides hands-on support that helps individuals lead meaningful lives, build daily living skills, and participate in their communities. It also helps implement individualized support plans and maintain health, safety, and well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• support independence, self-help, and social skills
• administer medication if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans and daily supports
• encourage community participation
• drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues
• complete required training and development.
