What you'll do

• Provide groundskeeping, housekeeping, and resident-facing service

• perform cleaning, power washing, exterior painting, and snow removal as needed
• complete maintenance and repairs and keep activity logs
• assist onsite maintenance and management staff
• maintain a safe workplace
• review monthly operating reports and general ledger details and communicate necessary changes to accounting.
