What you'll do

• Provide behavioral health screening, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, outpatient therapy, crisis assessment, safety planning, referrals, and care coordination
• deliver individual, family, and group services within credentials and scope
• collaborate with primary care and interdisciplinary teams
• provide timely consultation
• supervise the Behavioral Health Care Manager
• monitor workflows, referrals, documentation, and follow-up
• maintain clinical records and comply with confidentiality, ethics, and organizational requirements.
