What you'll do

• Monitor clients throughout the assigned shift
• conduct rounds around the property
• ensure the daily program schedule is followed
• assist with new intakes, room searches, and mealtimes
• observe and document clients taking or refusing medications
• monitor supervised urinalysis as needed or scheduled
• communicate client challenges and behavioral issues to program staff
• provide written and verbal shift-change information
• attend scheduled team meetings
• adapt to changing schedules and assignments
• de-escalate situations
• maintain professional boundaries and follow HIPAA requirements.
