What you'll do

• Lead maintenance supervisors, planners, and instrumentation and electrical teams
• ensure safety and environmental compliance
• lead maintenance and production planning meetings
• conduct field audits and job-site inspections
• direct maintenance activities
• plan and schedule work
• manage mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, rotating equipment, piping, structural, and utility maintenance
• prioritize work orders
• maintain CMMS documentation and equipment KPIs
• manage budgets, labor, contractor, and material costs
• hire, train, coach, and evaluate personnel
• respond to plant emergencies during off-hours when necessary.
