Patient Access Representative

What you'll do

• Process and transfer 150–200 physician imaging orders received by fax each day
• review orders for completeness and accuracy
• schedule outpatient radiology procedures
• verify demographics and register patients
• verify insurance and obtain required information
• coordinate with physician offices, patients, and internal departments
• maintain documentation in Epic or other scheduling systems.
