What you'll do

• Greet visitors
• offer refreshments and engage in friendly conversation
• answer a multiple-line telephone, direct callers, and take and route messages
• escort visitors to resident rooms or other areas
• provide facility information and directions
• ensure compliance with facility rules and report suspicious activity
• assist with orienting new associates
• maintain files, operate office machines, order supplies, and perform administrative support tasks.
