Sales and Member Services Representative

Job overview

The Sales and Member Services Representative works onsite in Urbandale, IA, part time, for $14–$16 per hour. The role is the first point of contact for current and prospective Goldfish Swim School guests and supports member services and enrollment. The position helps families access swim lessons and related services by answering questions, processing registrations and purchases, resolving concerns, and maintaining welcoming, organized guest areas.

What you'll do

• Greet parents and students
• answer questions about lessons and products
• contact interested families
• process sales, enrollments, and student registrations
• resolve customer concerns
• check students in
• assist with merchandise purchases and vending
• monitor and restock guest retail areas
• respond to voicemail and email
• make collection calls
• maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas.

Why this role

Paid training and in-facility Lifeguard/CPR courses are provided; AED, CPR, and First Aid certifications must be obtained within 90 days. At least two shifts per week and availability for one weekend day are required.
