Floating Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Showcase storage units, products, and promotions
• conduct local marketing outreach and use referral programs
• convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals
• rent storage units and parking spaces and sell merchandise
• build relationships with local businesses
• conduct property walks, check locks and cleanliness, sweep, clean units, stock supplies, and perform light maintenance.
