Associate Compliance Officer

The Associate Compliance Officer is an onsite, full-time position in Bethesda, MD, with a stated annual salary range of $75,000–$94,999. The role supports the Compliance Department at Chevy Chase Trust and ASB Capital Management, investment management and fiduciary services firms. The position helps administer corporate compliance programs and monitor adherence to securities and fiduciary requirements. Through pre-clearance administration, testing, monitoring, audit and regulatory support, and risk identification, the associate helps maintain compliance across investment management and trust operations.

What you'll do

• Administer Code of Ethics pre-clearances and investment guideline monitoring systems
• perform periodic and ad hoc testing
• implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures
• follow up with staff on compliance matters
• monitor investment management, trust services, anti-money laundering, privacy, cybersecurity, and ERISA compliance activities
• assist with regulatory exams, audits, annual program reviews, regulatory filings, continuing education, and committee materials
• identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and risks
• serve as backup for cash and security guideline administration.

Why this role
