What you'll do

• Lead project planning and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• develop scopes, work descriptions, material requirements, schedules, and budgets
• coordinate activities and milestones
• prepare budget estimates and communicate costs
• monitor expenses
• ensure quality and safety requirements
• manage contract negotiations and compliance
• resolve construction and design issues
• coordinate responses to delays and other challenges
• maintain working relationships with project stakeholders.
