Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor — Night Shift

The Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor role is onsite in Rocky Mount, VA. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour. The House Supervisor oversees the nursing department in the Director of Nursing’s absence, coordinating staffing and patient-care operations across evening and night shifts. The role supports safe, continuous care by assigning staff, conducting rounds, coordinating admissions and transitions, and supervising employees.

What you'll do

• Oversee the nursing department in the DON’s absence
• review staffing at shift changes and assign or replace staff to meet patient-care needs
• complete patient-care rounds
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges and ensure documentation
• assist with orientation of evening and night employees
• supervise and evaluate evening and night employees.
