What you'll do

• Advise companies on U.S. federal and state privacy laws and data protection matters
• develop and implement internal data protection programs
• conduct privacy assessments, data mapping, and data protection impact assessments
• draft and review privacy policies and related documents
• negotiate data processing agreements and other privacy-related contracts
• advise on emerging privacy issues involving AI, adtech, health data, biometrics, and children’s and teen data.
