Iowa Certified Medication Aide and current CPR certifications are required.

What you'll do

• Assess residents’ needs and assist in developing and following individual care plans
• use CMA processes and guidelines
• communicate changes in residents’ status to physicians, staff, and family members
• administer prescribed medications and indicated direct care
• communicate information for shift transitions
• report suspected abuse
• document as required in PCC.
