What you'll do

• Train, retrain, and certify staff in the Crunch Sales System
• conduct daily sales training and tour shadowing
• audit phone scripts, tour structure, and close percentages weekly
• inspect cleaning areas and complete weekly audits
• enforce opening, mid, and closing checklists
• lead onboarding and early culture coaching
• serve as acting general manager when the general manager is off
• lead daily huddles, track KPI dashboards, and make operational decisions
• coordinate with department leads and corporate as needed
• support member service and club standards.
