The WISe Youth Partner role is an onsite position located in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $24.88–$29.23 per hour, and this role supports the WISe team at Children's Home Society of WA in providing peer-based support to youth. This role exists to serve as a trusted bridge between youth and the WISe team, ensuring that the voice and choice of each young person are honored. The Youth Partner uses their lived experience to build authentic relationships, coach youth in self-advocacy, and support their participation in the wraparound process.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary champion for the voice and choice of each WISe participant.
• Build trusting relationships with youth.
• Ensure youth hopes and goals are captured in care plans.
• Coach youth to develop communication and self-advocacy skills.
• Connect youth to community resources.
• Participate in Child and Family Team meetings.
