The account manager provides day-to-day service to personal lines clients, handles policy questions and changes, prepares quotes and renewals, and coordinates with producers and insurance company representatives to help clients maintain appropriate coverage.

What you'll do

• Service personal lines accounts
• support producers with customer-service tasks
• handle incoming sales calls and walk-in business as needed
• cross-sell or round accounts as needed
• liaise among clients, producers, and insurers
• prepare certificates, endorsements, binders, and first claims
• market, quote, and rate new business and renewals.
