Service Technician Support II — Property Maintenance

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, household appliances, and electrical systems
• perform plumbing repairs
• prepare and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness
• provide technical direction to Level 1 staff
• participate in after-hours on-call rotations
• perform grounds maintenance and common-area repairs
• follow safety and appearance standards
• document work orders and repair histories
• and communicate with residents and leasing teams.

Why this role
