The Manufacturing Supervisor, Multi-Axis role is onsite across Plant One and Plant Two in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Compensation is not specified. The position reports to the Vice President of Manufacturing and oversees the Multi-Axis department across shifts. The supervisor coordinates people, parts, and processes so customer project needs are met and manufacturing metrics and business objectives are achieved. The role maintains machine schedules and readiness, supports production planning and quality of execution, and develops employees through clear expectations and supervision.

What you'll do

• Update daily machine lineups with a 10-day schedule
• ensure programming, tooling, fixturing, and raw materials are available
• ensure job-processing strategies and instructions are documented
• communicate machine sequences to employees
• evaluate and request tooling
• update machine status
• contribute to manufacturing and work-order meetings
• track assigned work and NC revisions
• manage subcontracting processes and asset utilization
• monitor attendance and overtime
• set expectations and complete employee evaluations.
