It contributes to uptime and operational efficiency by monitoring and maintaining electrical, mechanical, fire-safety and communications systems, executing infrastructure work, managing maintenance processes, and supporting compliance and incident response.

What you'll do

• Operate, monitor and maintain facility systems
• respond to abnormal conditions
• analyze operational performance
• manage capacity and cooling efficiency
• support cage build-outs, rack-and-stack and cabling
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and network systems
• manage work orders, tickets, assets and maintenance records
• support customers and contractors
• conduct facility and security tours
• manage incident escalation
• develop maintenance programs and mentor junior technicians.
