What you'll do

• Provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility and ambulation at home and outside, including appointments and walks
• assist with personal care and hygiene
• help clients complete recommended exercises
• shop for or accompany clients shopping
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• report unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator
• respond responsibly to emergencies
• follow the care plan.
