What you'll do

• Evaluate patients, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide medical leadership and collaborative oversight for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, mentor clinicians, and support efforts to improve outcomes and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.
