What you'll do

• Research, plan, design, and administer building projects
• develop building and site designs and evaluate materials and systems
• coordinate site, interiors, structural, and MEPFP disciplines
• produce and oversee drawings, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
• prepare submittals and support permit approvals
• assist with bids and construction administration
• coordinate project schedules, staffing, budgets, and closeout
• maintain client and project-team relationships
• mentor assigned staff.
