Construction Foreman

The Construction Foreman position is onsite in Dublin, CA. Pay is $40–$45 per hour, based on experience. Nwestco works in the petroleum and car wash equipment industry. The foreman leads crews on construction and repair projects involving underground storage tanks and petroleum equipment. The role helps ensure work is completed safely, in accordance with site plans and applicable requirements, and with clear communication among the crew and customers.

What you'll do

• Install and remove underground storage tanks
• lead crews on major projects and repair jobs
• install piping, sumps, spill containment, monitoring systems, and other petroleum equipment
• read site plans and blueprints
• maintain OSHA and EPA compliance
• conduct site walks
• assist with site preparation
• operate tools and construction equipment
• transport materials
• maintain a safe and organized site
• complete documentation
• and provide customer service. Soil sampling, site inspections, and fuel-line or tank testing and repair are additional possible responsibilities for which training may be provided.
