What you'll do

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, gap and impact assessments, and business readiness
• document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules
• support agile delivery, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, and production validation
• coordinate with product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders
• mentor junior business analysts.
