What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates and peer reviews
• provide cost advice and optional appraisals
• develop procurement advice and strategies
• support RFPs, bid leveling, and recommendations
• prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses
• manage change orders and payment requisitions
• participate in meetings
• complete final accounts and financial closeout
• collect benchmarking data and support business development.
