The Direct Support Professional — Residential role is onsite in Le Roy, NY, with a schedule of Monday–Wednesday, 1 p.m.–9 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. Starting pay is $21.55 per hour, plus a $0.75 weekend shift differential. The role is part of Lifetime Assistance’s Residential Services department, supporting its mission to foster independence, dignity, and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The professional provides personal care and daily support while helping individuals build independence and social skills. The role also supports health and safety, implements and documents individualized service plans, encourages community participation, and communicates with families and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks
• support independence, self-help, and social skills
• promote health and safety and administer medication if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community integration and recreation
• drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues
• complete required training and development.
