• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security procedures
• respond to incidents and access concerns according to post orders and escalation protocols
• conduct routine and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter
• monitor entry points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as directed
• and maintain accurate incident logs and reports.
