Hotel Maintenance Engineer

What you'll do

• Perform routine property maintenance, including painting and carpet or floor cleaning
• make minor HVAC adjustments and repair or replace air-conditioning units
• maintain equipment and supply inventory and communicate ordering needs to the General Manager
• repair or replace room furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• perform preventive maintenance
• respond to guest repair requests
• maintain the indoor pool and common areas
• assist laundry or housekeeping as needed
• follow hotel procedures for entering guest rooms and reporting lost-and-found items
• meet brand compliance and quality-assurance standards.
