Annual compensation is $104,000–$155,000. The role supports TKDA’s employee-owned, multidisciplinary team and its roadway and municipal projects. The engineer leads transportation and municipal project design and coordination from feasibility through construction, while providing technical oversight and mentoring. The position also contributes to business development, client relationships, proposals, and presentations to advance the Roadway & Utilities group’s services.

What you'll do

• Lead roadway, transportation, and municipal project design and management
• develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• coordinate with multidisciplinary professionals
• provide technical oversight for roadway, utility, stormwater, and public-space projects
• oversee project quality, financial, and safety aspects
• mentor team members
• maintain client and stakeholder relationships
• contribute to proposals, marketing plans, and client presentations
• ensure regulatory compliance.
