The care partner assists residents with daily living while promoting independence, comfort, safety, privacy, and dignity. Working as part of a team, the role also provides companionship, encourages participation in life-enrichment activities, completes light housekeeping, and communicates with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers as needed
• provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship
• encourage participation in life-enrichment activities
• perform light housekeeping such as making beds and tidying rooms
• promote communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
