What you'll do

• Interpret production schedules, just-in-time reports, and Kanban containers to determine area requirements
• monitor production standards and quality control
• work with the supervisor to prioritize staffing using the Training Matrix
• coordinate part supply with other departments
• support efficient line handoffs
• promote 5S
• provide daily summaries
• assess line performance
• contribute to Weekly Toolbox Talk meetings.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent; computer familiarity; ability to read blueprints; line experience in multiple areas and a quality background; must be able to work required overtime. Physical work includes continuous standing and walking, repetitive motion, and lifting 25–50 pounds 1–30 times per hour; team lift or mechanical assistance is required for items over 50 pounds.
