Senior Pension Administration System (PAS) Consultant

The Senior Pension Administration System (PAS) Consultant role is onsite in Falls Church, VA. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Analyze FCRS business operations and assess the existing PAS, staff workflows, system capabilities, and gaps.
• Develop future-state business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Support procurement, vendor selection, and implementation of a replacement PAS, coordinating with County and FCRS stakeholders.
• Provide objective guidance and avoid vendor affiliations or financial interests that could create a conflict of interest.
• Optional implementation oversight, project management, and quality assurance may be provided subject to County approval, funding, and contractor performance.
