Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative I position is full-time and onsite in West Salem, WI, at $16.26–$20.33 per hour. 1st Community Credit Union serves members and communities across western Wisconsin and nearby counties. The representative is a first point of contact for members, answering questions, assisting with account requests, resolving service issues, and identifying relevant products and services. The role supports member service while following credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and protecting confidentiality and security.
