What you'll do

• Provide consultative and proactive project support to HBS clients
• collaborate across internal teams to deliver work on time and within scope
• research products and improve configuration standards and best practices
• educate team members on products and services
• provide senior-level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks
• review networks for concerns and enhancement opportunities
• document completed projects to inform estimates and scopes for related work
• maintain vendor and industry certifications and stay current on products and solutions
• meet the annual billable-hour goal.

Why this role

Requires 3+ years in a technical field, experience designing and architecting Microsoft Azure and systems-based solutions, and experience installing and supporting Microsoft enterprise products. A bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent experience is accepted; one or more of CCNP, MCA, CCA-V, or VCP is specified.
