What you'll do

• Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation projects
• coordinate daily team activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress
• conduct onsite inspections for safety, technical, and company-policy compliance
• collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues
• train, mentor, and provide feedback to installation technicians
• interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
