Customer Relationship Management Lead — Microsoft Dynamics 365

Job overview

What you'll do

• Study current and desired Microsoft CE applications, configurations, and technologies
• coordinate designs and changes to CBOS, UBOS, and related technologies
• architect a delivery roadmap
• assign work and mentor CRM and full-stack developers
• ensure delivery for CRM, portal, and web applications
• advise leadership on Microsoft CE trends
• architect and develop customizations and configurations
• support integrations with middleware, ERP, payment gateways, and phone systems
• lead CRM data migration
• document designs, tests, impact analyses, and related work.
