Data Center Technician, Field Services

What you'll do

• Audit work performed at customer data centers and provide feedback to third-party technicians
• communicate with customers and provide reports and updates
• assist with fiber installation, decommissioning, break/fix, remediation, and migration
• conduct or supervise optical testing and troubleshooting
• interpret procedures, engineering documents, vendor documentation, and network diagrams
• and verify port connections and cable management.
