What you'll do

• Take responsibility for restaurant business performance
• analyze and plan sales levels and profitability
• develop staff and coach and lead the team during shifts
• recruit, train, and motivate staff
• ensure team members follow company standards
• greet guests and conduct table visits to check satisfaction
• maintain quality control, hygiene, health, and safety standards
• gain hands-on experience in front- and back-of-house operations.
