What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks
• support independence, self-help, and social skills
• promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community integration
• drive agency vehicles as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues
• complete required training.
