What you'll do

• Assist the Program Manager with daily program operations, resident services, and staff supervision
• oversee person-centered service delivery and documentation
• train, mentor, and support staff providing supportive counseling, crisis prevention and intervention, medication supervision, daily living skills, and recreational activities
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• promote inclusion
• transport clients using agency vehicles.
