Bilingual Maintenance Technician is an onsite role in Baton Rouge, LA. Starting pay is $27.50 per hour. The role keeps industrial equipment operating safely by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, replacing components, and coordinating with maintenance personnel and other departments. Technicians may transition to alternative shifts after training and should be available for approximately 50 hours per week and weekends as needed.

What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical systems including gearboxes, servos, and conveyors
• install, remove, and replace motors, gearboxes, and servos
• diagnose mechanical issues involving bearings, sprockets, and power transmission
• read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems safely
• use multimeters and diagnostic tools
• follow Arc Flash safety protocols
• communicate with departments and maintenance personnel
• maintain a safe and productive work environment.
