• triage returning vehicles and prioritize repairs
• schedule preventive maintenance and urgent repairs
• coordinate ready-to-launch vehicles
• analyze recurring issues
• manage work orders and vehicle histories
• track service KPIs
• lead shift handovers
• and enforce documentation, safety, quality, and warranty standards.
