What you'll do

• Handle customer inquiries, sales requests, and account support
• process orders, acknowledgements, shipping communications, EDI transactions, and ASN validation
• prepare quotes and product information
• support sales and upselling
• monitor shipment schedules and expedite critical shipments
• manage returns and warranty documentation
• maintain customer data and performance metrics
• partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
