What you'll do

• Support performance evaluations and training compliance
• conduct or obtain background checks and eligibility verifications
• administer compensation, benefits, leave, employee relations, performance, safety, and training processes
• respond to employee and supervisor inquiries
• participate in disciplinary meetings and investigations
• maintain employment-law compliance
• coordinate benefits enrollment and changes
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee records, and reports.
