What you'll do

• Advise on employment law issues including workplace investigations, terminations, discrimination, harassment, accommodations, compensation, benefits and recruiting.
• Develop, refine and maintain employment related policies.
• Partner closely with the HR team on employment matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Analyze and advise on global data workforce and privacy and employment implications of AI regulations.
• Draft, review and revise a broad range of agreements.
